The purpose of transition from production systems under linear economy to circular bioeconomy is to eliminate waste, increase the efficiency of materials and energy, and the production of biodiversity products to increase the sustainability of production systems, including food production systems. This study showed that the production per ton of raw sugar under the framework of linear economy leads to a loss of 167.41 Pt, which production and combustion of natural gas in sugarcane processing have the largest share in causing this damage. In comparison, the results of this study showed that the transition from a linear economy to a circular bioeconomy in which molasses and bagasse as the two major wastes of the sugar industry are converted into alcohol and fuel, respectively, resulted in a 193% reduction in total environmental damage. This result emphasizes that sugar production under the circular bioeconomy not only is a viable solution for existing waste management but also significantly reduces the environmental damage caused by sugarcane production and processing.}, keywords = {Environmental Consequences,Food security,Linear economy,Sustainable development}, title_fa = {ارزیابی زیست‌محیطی گذر از تولید مرسوم شکر به سمت تولید تحت پالایشگاه زیستی به‌ عنوان یک راهبرد پایدار برای دستیابی به اقتصاد زیستی- چرخه‌ای}, abstract_fa = {پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی و مقایسۀ خسارت‌های زیست‌محیطی تولید شکر خام در کشت و صنعتهای استان خوزستان تحت چارچوب مرسوم خطی و تحت چارچوب دیدگاه اقتصاد زیستی-چرخه‌ای اجرا شد. هدف از انتقال سامانه‌های تولیدی با اقتصاد خطی به سامانه‌های تولیدی با اقتصاد زیستی-چرخه‌ای در واقع حذف پسماند، افزایش کارایی مصرف مواد و انرژی و تولید محصولات متنوع زیستی در جهت افزایش پایداری سامانه‌های تولیدی از جمله سامانه‌های تولید غذاست. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که تولید هر تن شکر خام تحت چارچوب اقتصاد خطی خسارت 41/167 پوینتی را به دنبال دارد که تولید و احتراق گاز طبیعی در فراوری نیشکر بیشترین مشارکت را در ایجاد این خسارت دارد. در مقابل، نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که گذر از اقتصاد خطی و رسیدن به اقتصاد زیستی-چرخه‌ای که در آن ملاس و باگاس به‌ عنوان دو پسماند مهم صنایع شکر به ترتیب به الکل و سوخت تبدیل می‌شوند کاهشی 193 درصدی در خسارت زیست‌محیطی کل به دنبال دارد. این نتیجهگیری تأکید می‌کند که تولید شکر تحت اقتصاد زیستی-چرخه‌ای نه ‌تنها راه‌حل مناسبی برای مدیریت پسماند موجود است بلکه به شکلی چشمگیر در کاهش خسارت‌های زیست‌محیطی ناشی از تولید نیشکر و فراوری آن نقش دارد.}, keywords_fa = {اقتصاد خطی,امنیت غذایی,پیامدهای زیست‌محیطی,توسعه پایدار}, url = {https://amsr.areeo.ac.ir/article_126974.html}, eprint = {https://amsr.areeo.ac.ir/article_126974_92fd3180befcd45c56c6535feed18e51.pdf} }
