اثر نوع پوشش بستهبندی و مواد رطوبتگیر بر عمر نگهداری قارچ دکمهای
در این پژوهش تاثیر نوع پوشش بستهبندی در سه سطح (پلیوینیلکلرید شفاف، پلیوینیلکلرید کشسان و پلیپروپیلن دو طرف جهتدار شده)، در مجاورت مواد رطوبتگیر در 5 سطح شامل سیلیکاژل (5/2 و 25/1گرم)، کلرید سدیم (5/2 و 25/1 گرم)، سیلیکاژل (25/1 گرم) بههمراه ابر اسفنجی و زمان نگهداری در سه سطح (صفر، 8 و 16 روز) بر خصوصیات کمی و کیفی قارچ دکمهای بررسی شد. این خصوصیات شامل کاهش وزن، مقدار روشنایی و پذیرش کلی پس از نگهداری در دمای 2±5 درجه سلسیوس است که در یک طرح کاملا تصادفی، در قالب آزمایش فاکتوریل و در 6 تکرار اجرا شد. نتایج نشان میدهد که کمترین و بیشترین کاهش وزن بهترتیب در نمونههای با پوشش بستهبندی پروپیلن دو طرف جهتدار شده و پلیوینیل کلرید شفاف بهدست آمده است. بیشترین مقدار روشنایی مربوط به سیلیکاژل (5/2 گرم) با پوشش بستهبندی پروپیلن دو طرف جهتدار بود. پوشش بستهبندی با پلیوینیل کلرید کشسان دارای کاهش وزن بالا و کمترین مقدار روشنایی بود. پذیرش کلی سیلیکاژل (5/2 گرم) با پوشش بستهبندی پروپیلن دو طرف جهتدار بهترین امتیاز را کسب نمود.

ارزیابی خصوصیات میکروبی و فیزیکوشیمیایی نوشیدنی شیرفندق بر پایه آب پنیر تخمیر شده با دانه کفیر
فندق و محصولاتی که از آن بهدست میآید، از جمله شیرفندق، بهدلیل داشتن اسیدهای چرب غیر اشباع و فیتواسترولها باعث کاهش بیمارهای قلبی و عروقی میشوند. تخمیر محصولات با استفاده از میکروارگانیسمهای پروبیوتیک دانه کفیر سبب افزایش خواص فراسودمندی این محصولات خواهند شد. هدف از این مطالعه، تولید یک نوشیدنی تخمیری جدید از فندق با استفاده از دانه کفیر است. در این مطالعه برای تولید شیرفندق، بهجای آب از آب پنیر استفاده شد و اثر سطوح مختلف تلقیح دانه کفیر (2، 5 و 8 درصد) و دما (20، 25 و 30 درجه سلسیوس) روی خصوصیات فیزیکوشیمیایی (قدرت آنتیاکسیدانی، pH، ویسکوزیته و میزان کفیران) و میکروبی (تعداد باکتریهای اسید لاکتیک و مخمر) شیرفندق تخمیری مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان میدهد که بالاترین قدرت آنتیاکسیدانی (8/91 درصد)، بیشترین میزان کفیران (معادل 2/8±8/152میکروگرم گلوکز)، بیشترین ویسکوزیته و بیشترین تعداد میکروارگانیسمهای پروبیوتیک (باکتریهای اسید لاکتیک و مخمرها) در نمونههای با 8 درصد تلقیح دیده میشود. بهعلاوه مشاهده شد که بیشترین تغییرات در فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی، تعداد باکتریهای اسید لاکتیک و مخمرها در دمای 25 درجه سلسیوس و بیشترین میزان کفیران و در نتیجه ویسکوزیته در دمای 30 درجه سلسیوس ایجاد میشود. بنابراین با توجه به پارامترهای فراسودمندی از قبیل توان آنتیاکسیدانی، تعداد پروبیوتیکها، میزان کفیران میتوان میزان تلقیح 8 درصد و دمای 25 درجه سلسیوس را بهعنوان مناسبترین شرایط برای تولید شیرفندق تخمیری پیشنهاد کرد.

تاثیر پوشش خوراکی زئین ذرت و کلرید کلسیم بر بهبود خواص کیفی و افزایش عمر انباری زردآلو
بهمنظور بهبود خواص کیفی و افزایش دوره نگهداری زردآلو، پژوهشی با استفاده از آزمایش فاکتوریل با 2 فاکتور و 2 تکرار اجرا شد. فاکتور اول نوع تیمار در 4 سطح شامل: شاهد، پوشش داده شده با زئین، فروبری شده در محلول کلرید کلسیم 1 درصد و پوشش داده شده با زئین حاوی 1 درصد کلرید کلسیم، فاکتور دوم مدت زمان نگهداری در سردخانه در 5 سطح 1، 15، 30، 45 و 60 روز بود. نتایج تجزیه آماری دادهها نشان میدهد که در پایان دوره نگهداری، در دو تیمار پوشش داده شده با زئین، میزان سفتی بافت، ویتامین C و اندیس L* بهطور معنیدار بیشترین و درصد افت وزنی و درصد مواد جامد انحلالپذیرکمترین مقدار است. امتیاز ظاهری و رنگ نمونههای پوششدار نیز بهطور معنیدار بیشتر از امتیاز ظاهری و رنگ میوههای بدون پوشش است. از لحاظ طعم، بین زردآلوهای پوشش داده شده و پوشش داده نشده اختلاف معنیداری دیده نمیشود. بنابراین، پوشش زئین نه تنها تاثیر نامطلوب بر خواص حسی زردآلوها ندارد، بلکه موجب بهبود خواص کیفی زردآلوها نیز میشود. ترکیب همزمان کلریدکلسیم و پوشش زئین، نسبت به پوشش زئین تنها، تاثیر معنیداری بر خصوصیات زردآلوها ندارد. فروبری در محلول کلرید کلسیم 1 درصد نیز موجب حفظ سفتی بافت، حفظ ویتامین C و کاهش افت وزنی زردآلوها، در مقایسه با نمونه شاهد، میشود.

تاثیر روش بستهبندی نانویی بر پایه کیتوزان و پوشش واکس نانوکیتوزان بر خصوصیات فیزیکی زردآلو رقم 526 (58- شاهرود)
زردآلو میوهای نرم با عمر ماندگاری کوتاه است که پس از برداشت ضایعات قابل توجهی دارد. بستهبندی مناسب میتواند ضایعات این محصول باغی را در مراحل پس از برداشت و در مرحله بازاررسانی تا حد زیادی کاهش دهد. بدین منظور، میوه زردآلو (رقم 58- شاهرود) بهصورت شاهد (بدون تیمار)، پوشش با یک نوع واکس نانویی بر پایه کیتوزان، و داخل ظروف حاوی کیتوزان بستهبندی و در دمای صفر درجه سلسیوس قرار داده شد. نتایج آزمونهادر دوره نگهداری نشان داد که از نظر میزان افت وزن و رطوبت، تیمار پوشش و تیمار شانه نسبت به شاهد، و تیمار پوشش نیز نسبت به تیمار شانه نتیجه بهتری بهدست میدهد. صرفنظر از انتهای دوره نگهداری که نتایج حاصل از تیمار ظروف نانویی به شاهد و به تیمار پوشش نزدیک میشود، تیمار شانه بافت بهتری را برای زردآلو فراهم میکند. میانگین میزان تغییرات رنگ برای تمامی تیمارها با یک روند افزایشی تغییر میکند اما اختلافمعنیداریدر تغییرات رنگ زردآلوهایشاهد با زردآلوهای تحتدو تیمار دیگروجودندارد. از نظر تنفس، بین عامل پوشش و مدت زمان نگهداری تفاوت معنیداری در سطح 1 درصد وجود دارد اما در مورد تولید اتیلن، تفاوت معنیداری وجود ندارد. میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی نمونهها مشخص کرد که نمونههای شاهد سطح تخریب شده دارند و فرسایش بافت بهخوبی روی زردآلو مشهود است اما تصاویر نمونههای تیمار پوشش نشان میدهد که نانوامولسیون روی زردآلو بهخوبی قرار گرفته است و در سطح نمونه هیچ فرسایش و ترکخوردگی مشاهده نمیشود که ناشی از عملکرد خوب نانو پوشش روی آن میباشد. بهطور کلی، وجود اختلاف معنیدار بین
برخی از صفات کیفی زردآلو، نشاندهنده تاثیر نوع بستهبندی در بروز این تفاوتها است.

بررسی تناسب پوششهای مصنوعی زهکشی با خصوصیات خاک در اراضی دشت شادگان با استفاده از آزمون نفوذسنجی
انتخاب پوشش (فیلتر) مناسب، یکی از موارد اصلی در تضمین عملکرد سامانههای زهکشی زیرزمینی است. در سالهای اخیر تأمین پوششهای دانهای (شن و ماسه) بهدلایلی مانند دوری معادن از محل اجرای پروژهها، هزینه زیاد، نامتناسب بودن دانهبندی با خاک محل و مسائل زیستمحیطی دشوار شده است و بههمین دلایل کاربرد پوششهای مصنوعی بهعنوان جایگزین مطرح شده که نیاز به بررسی و تأیید دارد. در این تحقیق، با توجه به اهمیت تطابق پوشش زهکشی با خصوصیات خاک و شرایط هر منطقه، تناسب پوششهای مصنوعی رایج برای استفاده در اراضی تحت زهکشی دشت شادگان واقع در استان خوزستان بررسی شده است. به این منظور، آزمونهای نفوذسنجی مطابق استاندارد ASTM D-5101 روی سه نمونه پوشش مصنوعی PLM شامل یک نمونه با مشخصه تجاری PP450 تولید خارج و دو نمونه با مشخصههای تجاری PP450 و PP700 تولید شده در یکی از کارخانههای داخل کشور اجرا شد. مقادیر هدایت هیدرولیکی و نسبت گرادیان مجموعه خاک- پوشش مصنوعی برای سه پوشش فوق تعیین شد. متوسط هدایت هیدرولیکی برای پوششهای PP450 خارجی و PP450 و PP700 ایرانی بهترتیب 21/0، 11/0 و 13/0 متر در روز و متوسط نسبت گرادیان برای این پوششها بهترتیب 86/1، 78/0 و 84/0 بهدست آمد. با توجه به مقادیر نسبت گرادیان و تغییرات هدایت هیدرولیکی، عملکرد پوششهای PP450 و PP700ایرانی نزدیک به هم ارزیابی شد و در الویت قرار گرفت، اما مقادیر هدایت هیدرولیکی و نسبت گرادیان مجموعه خاک- پوشش PP700 ایرانی، درصد تغییرات و نوسان کمتری را در خلال آزمون از خود نشان داد.

ساخت و ارزیابی نشاکار نیمهخودکار برای کشت متراکم نشای ریشه لخت پیاز
در ایران نشاکاری پیاز در حال حاضر بهصورت دستی و با نیروی 110–100 نفر- روز در هکتار با استفاده از نشاهای ریشه لخت و با تراکم بسیار زیاد (800-700 هزار بوته در هکتار) در شرایط سخت انجام میگیرد. در این تحقیق، یک ماشین نشاکار نیمهخودکار طراحی، ساخته و ارزیابی شد که قابلیت تامین تراکم مورد نظر کشاورزان مناطق مرکزی ایران را دارد. واحد کارنده این ماشین یک موزع چرخان استوانهای دارد که نشاگذاری در سلولهای آن دستی (با نیروی کارگر) است. این استوانه دوار در بالای لوله سقوط و در صفحه افقی حرکت دورانی دارد و این حرکت را ماشین کشنده تامین میکند. با چرخش استوانه دوار نشاها، بهطور مجزا و منظم از آن خارج و در فاصلههای زمانی مشخص وارد لوله سقوط میشوند. در ادامه، نشاها بر اثر نیروی وزن حرکت میکنند و پس از خروج از لوله سقوط به درون شیاری رها میشوند که شیاربازکن ایجاد کرده است. خاکدهی و استقرار نشاها را چرخهای فشار انتهایی بلافاصله انجام میدهند. در فرآیند طراحی واحد کارنده، انحنای مناسب لوله سقوط و زاویه قرارگیری چرخهای فشار بهگونهای انتخاب شد که ضمن کوچک نگهداشتن عرض واحد کارنده، استقرار نشاهای ریشه لخت نیز در حد مطلوبی تامین شود. از ترکیب 9 واحد کارنده (4 واحد در جلو و 5 واحد در عقب) که روی دو دیرکافزار متصل به یکدیگر سوار میگردند، یک ماشین سوار شونده تراکتوری تشکیل گردید. نتایج ارزیابی شاخصهای عملکردی ماشین نشاکار در یک مزرعه 1000 متر مربعی نشان داد که در این ماشین، امکان نزدیک کردن واحدهای کارنده تا حد 17 سانتیمتر بدون بر هم زدن استقرار نشاهای واحدهای جلوی وجود دارد و واحدهای کارنده روی هر شاسی میتوانند با فاصله 34 سانتیمتر از یکدیگر قرار گیرند که فضای لازم را برای نشستن کارگران در کنار یکدیگر تامین میکند. با این آرایش میتوان استقرار اولیه بیش از 90 درصد نشاها را تضمین کرد. ظرفیت مزرعهای این ماشین با احتساب سرعت 27/0 کیلومتر بر ساعت و راندمان 90 درصد در 8 ساعت کار روزانه تقریبا 3000 متر مربع است که در آن 9 کارگر نشاگذار و 2 کارگر پشتیبانی (برای نشارسانی و ترمیم نشاهای رها شده) شرکت دارند. نتایج تحقیق نشان میدهد که با مجموع 11 کارگر- روز میتوان حدود 3000 متر مربع را با ماشین، نشاکاری کرد که در مقایسه با روش نشاکاری با دست در نیروی کارگری مورد نیاز نزدیک به 63 درصد صرفهجویی میشود.

در این مطالعه، برای تخمین دو معیار مهم ارزیابی کیفی خاکورزی حفاظتی، یکی درصد پوشش بقایای گیاهی و دیگری شدت خاکورزی، از فناوری سنجش از دور استفاده شده است. توانایی دادههای تصویر چندطیفی سنجنده WorldView-2 با استفاده از یازده شاخص طیفی و آنالیز جداسازی طیفی خطی ارزیابی شد. بدین منظور در مزارع گندم منطقه مرودشت در استان فارس، پس از برداشت 120 پلات آزمایشی در نظر گرفته شد. در این پلاتها درصد پوشش بقایای گیاهی سطح خاک با روش خط مورب اندازهگیری و ثبت شد. دادههای ماهوارهای از تصویر سنجنده WorldView-2 استخراج و همبستگی درصد پوشش بقایای گیاهی در زمین، با دادههای تصاویر ماهوارهای بررسی شد. نتایج نشان میدهد که درصد پوشش بقایای گیاهی در سطح خاک با شاخصهای IPVI، RVI 1 و GNDVI همبستگی بالایی دارد (R2 = 0.84 - 0.85). درصد پوشش بقایای گیاهی در تصویر ماهوارهای، که با آنالیز جداسازی طیفی خطی تخمین زده شده بود، با دادههای بهدست آمده از روش خط مورب، که در پلاتهای آزمایشی اندازهگیری شدند، همبستگی مناسبی دارد (R2 = 0.76). برای پیشبینی شدت خاکورزی در مزارع مورد مطالعه، دو شاخص طیفی IPVI و RVI1 انتخاب شدند که بالاترین همبستگی با درصد پوشش بقایای گیاهی را در سطح خاک نشان دادند. دقت طبقهبندی شدت خاکورزی بهکمک این دو شاخص در شرایط مختلف 100 – 83 درصد است.

پیشبینی عمر اقتصادی تراکتور با استفاده الگوریتم ژنتیک (مطالعه موردی: چهار نوع تراکتور رایج در استان خراسان رضوی)
جایگزینی تراکتور یکی از عوامل بسیار تاثیرگذار برای انجام دادن بهموقع عملیات زراعی است. پیشبینی صحیح هزینههای تعمیر و نگهداری جز اساسی در مدل جایگزینی تراکتور بهشمار میآید. در این مطالعه، از دادههای واقعی هزینههای تعمیر و نگهداری 60 تراکتور دو چرخ محرک در موسسه کشت و صنعت آستان قدس استفاده شد. تراکتورهای دو چرخ محرک شامل 17، 10، 28 و 5 تراکتور بهترتیب مسی فرگوسن 285، فیات 445، جاندیر 3140 و جاندیر 4450 بودند. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیونی نشان میدهد که مدل درجه دوم، بهترین مدل برای پیشبینی هزینههای تعمیر و نگهداری تراکتور است. با استفاده از الگوریتم ژنتیک تعداد 17850، 18380، 27000 و 27400 ساعت کارکرد تجمعی بهعنوان عمر جایگزینی به ترتیب برای تراکتورهای فیات، مسی فرگوسن، جاندیر 3140، جاندیر 4450 پیشبینی شده است.
