The conventional method of control for the forward speed of sugarcane harvester in 7000 series is mechanical. The new electronic control system was developed to replace the traditional mechanical control system. MotorStepper, drivers, micro-controller, joystick and potentiometer were used to program microcontrollers as well as C programming in code-vision. The new control system was evaluated during two series of tests. To determine the strength of the maneuverability of the harvesting machine, the first test was conducted using a factorial experiment based on completely randomized design. The maneuverability was compared for mechanical and electronic control systems under different engine rpm. The location error at stoppage time in respect to the baseline was measured as basis for maneuverability. In the second test the response time was compared with a completely randomized design in two systems. The statistical analysis showed a statistically significant difference between the control systems in 1% probability level. The maneuverability of harvester equipped with electronic control system increased significantly and it was not affected by the changes in engine rpm (forward speed). In the second test the statistical analysis showed a statistically significant difference between the control systems in 5% probability level. Electronic forward speed control system resulted in reaction speed, and device maneuverability, ease of maintenance and use, a reduction in mechanical parts usage and finally the proper functioning of the system.}, keywords = {Cane Harvester,Electronic Control System Technology,Joystick,Speed Control,Motor Stepper}, title_fa = {ارزیابی سرعت پاسخ و مانورپذیری سامانه کنترل سرعت پیشروی دروگر نیشکر سری ۷۰۰۰ در دو حالت کنترل مکانیکی مرسوم و الکترونیکی}, abstract_fa = {هدف از این پژوهش، ارزیابی سامانۀ‌ کنترل الکترونیکی سرعت پیشروی دروگر نیشکر سری 7000 است، سامانه ای که برای افزایش سهولت کاربری ماشین برداشت نیشکر به کار گرفته شده است. جهت تعیین قدرت مانورپذیری، آزمون فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی به اجرا درآمد. نوع سامانۀ کنترلی در دو سطح (کنترل مکانیکی و الکترونیکی ) و سرعت موتور در سه سطح ( 1500، 1800 و 2100 دور بر دقیقه ) به عنوان فاکتورهای طرح در نظر گرفته شدند. میزان خطای موقعیت مکانی در زمان توقف نسبت به خط مبنا در هر یک از سامانه های مختلف کنترلی به دست آمد. نتایج تجزیۀ واریانس نشان می دهد که خطای توقف دروگر در سامانۀ کنترل الکترونیکی سرعت پیشروی دروگر معنی دار است که نشانگر قابلیت بهتر مانورپذیری و بی تأثیربودن تغییرات دور موتور (سرعت پیشروی) بر قدرت مانورپذیری دروگر مجهز به سامانۀ کنترل الکترونیکی است. در آزمون دوم، برای ارزیابی سرعت پاسخ سامانه‌های کنترل مکانیکی و الکترونیکی کنترل سرعت پیشروی، از طرح کاملا تصادفی در پنج تکرار استفاده شد. در این آزمون نوع سامانۀ کنترلی و میزان تغییرات موقعیت اسپول شیر کنترل به عنوان فاکتورهای طرح در نظر گرفته شدند. بدین منظور در هر تکرار قدر مطلق خطای تغییرات ولتاژ پتانسیومتر (تغییرات سرعت)، که بیانگر تغییرات موقعیت موتور پله‌ای و در نتیجه تغییرات موقعیت اسپول شیر کنترل است، بررسی شد. نتایج به دست آمده از تجزیۀ واریانس نشان می دهد که تاثیر نوع سامانه بر سرعت پاسخ دارای اختلاف معنی داری در سطح 5درصد است. سامانۀ الکترونیکی با خطای3/388 پاسخ بهتری دارد.}, keywords_fa = {جوی استیک,دروگر نیشکر,سامانۀ کنترل الکترونیکی,کنترل سرعت,موتور پله‌ای}, url = {https://amsr.areeo.ac.ir/article_113181.html}, eprint = {https://amsr.areeo.ac.ir/article_113181_9ed1d9b2e5de03b1ee3e0346dc5cdec0.pdf} }
